You can update account details in the app where available. Registered homeowners and handymen can request self-service account deletion from dashboard account settings. Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, backups, or legitimate business records. For account, privacy, or data questions, contact support and include the email address tied to your account. Do not send passwords or sensitive financial information by email.
